Prices for products sold on are indicated by article and reference and are inclusive of all taxes (VAT). The prices are always displayed without the shipping, the costumer is informed of the amount of shipping when ordering. 

The indicated price during order and on the confirmation order is the final price. Jerem Shop online reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Internet connection charges are the responsibility of the customer. 
The products sold on are offered within the limits of available stocks. 

If ordered becomes unavailable after placing the order, the JEREM customer service inform the customer by email or by mail. The order will be automatically canceled and the customer immediately refunded.




The payment of the customer's purchases made by credit card: Visa and Mastercard. 

In reference to the Article L. 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, given the commitment to pay using a credit card is irrevocable. By communicating his credit card number and informations, the customer authorizes the company "TOO FASHION" to charge his credit card for the total payment of the order (shipping included). The company "TOO FASHION" reserves its right to check the personal data provided by the customer and to adopt the measures it deems necessary (request for evidence and/or cancellation of the order) to verify that the person whose account bank is charged is the one that has placed the order and avoid any fraudulent use of credit card numbers on its Online Store. 

The ordered products remain the property of the company "TOO FASHION" until full payment of the order. 

Ogone is the only one, through his secure area, to have knowledge of bank customer informations. These informations are never transmitted to the Jerem online shop.




During the order, the customer sees the choice of mode and place of delivery and the price. The customer can choose to be delivered to your home (or office, with a third party or its site) by Colissimo. The order is delever with Colissimo at the address entered by the customer within a period ranging from 2 to 5 working days. When a parcel leaves the warehouse of the company "TOO FASHION" the customer receives an email from Jerem with a shipping confirmation and the tracking number of the package. 

If after 5 working days, the customer has no news of his order, he must contact the post office closest to the place of delivery. If neither the post office or the tracking system of Colissimo find the package, the customer must contact the company “ TOO FASHION” through the Customer Service. We will open a survey of the postal services. 

The company "TOO FASHION" and the client must wait for the response time of the Post: 
- If the parcel is found, it is sent to the client: the approval process then follows its normal course (or the parcel delivery notice). 
- If the parcel is lost, the company TOO FASHION notifies the customer and encourages the return of packages (products and postage) immediately. 

Are considered such as force majeure discharging TOO FASHION company from its obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, flood, strikes, accidents, inability to obtain supplies. 

The customer must check shipments and may refuse the package if it is seems to have been opened or damaged. If the customer receives the package and found items damaged, it must send complaints by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the company “ TOO FASHION” within 3 working days after delivery. 

As an electronic selling, no claim of any kind can be processed in our stores. 

According to the Consumer Code, the company “TOO FASHION” gives to the customer a period of reflection. This is 7 days from delivery to return the purchase and the items ordered. (see RETURNS Tab)

However Jerem offers to the customers the ability to perform a return within 15 days for the items which doesn't fit. 

They must be returned complete, in new condition (unworn) in their original packaging with their labels and accompanied by all possible accessory in perfect condition for resale. Items returned without slip return and/or don’t meet the conditions listed or are broken, damaged, soiled or damaged by the customer will not be refunded. 

To return a product ordered, the JEREM online store recommends that customers subscribe toa package tracking option to avoid any inconvenience in the event of loss or theft of products during transport back. 

The items received, will be controlled by us. The refund of the returned items will be made by crediting the credit card used for payment no later than 30 days after receipt of the return. 

If the return is due to our error, shipping costs "go" and "return" that were paid by the customer will be reimbursed. 

In all other cases, the cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.

If the customer returns the entire command during the statutory period of reflection of 14 days, shipping costs will be reimbursed. Jerem can not proceed with reimbursement of delivery when they were paid. No refund of fees will be made if the delivery was provided (ex : free shipping from 50 €) 
Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer. 

However, if the customer returns only part of the goods delivered within this period of 14 days, while shipping costs remain at his charge. Delivery fees will not be reimbursed by Online Shop JEREM insofar as the customer has received the delivery service for the retained items, delivery rates do not vary depending on the volume ordered. 
Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

If the customer retains the Products offered they will be charged on their original price. An additional invoice will be published within 15 days of the return of other products and sent to the informed address. 

In case of return of products beyond 15 days, the customer will not be refunded and will be informed that the products remain available to him at the warehouse for a period of 1 month. The customer can ask us to send again the products with the payment of shipping.

Note: Products purchased from the online store JEREM can be either a credit or an exchange by post.

Items sold on are subject to the guarantee conditions provided by law. 

In case of compliance problème, the customer will be refunded the ordered item within 7 days of the request. 

These provisions do not deprive the customer of the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 5.

- In case of breach of contractual obligations because of a fortuitous event or force majeure. 
- In case of substantial differences between the pictures, texts and illustrations of items on the online store JEREM and items ordered.
